My first connexion | The scheduling menu | The availability menu | The administration menu
3 stages make up each module : course, summary and quiz. You are currently on the course section.
The Course section details the main principles through videos, with associated text to explain each sequences.

The Summary section shows, with key images, the keywords to remember.

The Quiz section is aimed to assess your knowledge and thanks to your success to move forward to the next module.

My first login

It’s the first time you log in to the Opti-Time solution: we are going to follow your first steps: the log-in page, the function bar, your profile, the calendar, customizing the standard interface with your own logo.

This is the right place to start learning how to use Opti-Time!

The scheduling menu

The scheduling menu is the core menu in Opti-Time.

Our module breaks down into three main sections: on the left-hand side of the interface are functionalities, on the right are two sub-panes: the upper pane shows the map, and the lower shows the planning or calendar.

Put your Planning Manager hat on, and let’s go !

The Availability menu

Welcome to the Availability menu, where we can create a series of planning templates quickly and easily, bypassing the Administration module and the other route you could take to create these templates via flows imported to parameter (API / Web Services / exchange template).

The administration menu

In the Administration module, we can now structure the Opti-Time tools to reflect your company structure: this sequence will help you master these important control functions, and configure your Conceptual Data Model (CDM) – that is, a matrix of competencies, resources and roles types, intervention types, but also and above all:
– the optimization model and its constraints;
– profiles;
– how data is integrated in real time;
